1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nagabi ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the nagabi website at nagabi.bet, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the nagabi platform, including but not limited to sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket markets such as BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), live casino, slots, virtual games, and any promotional or bonus product. nagabi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The nagabi platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or place any wager. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. nagabi actively enforces this policy and may request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a nagabi account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one nagabi account. Operating multiple accounts — whether personally or through a proxy — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, nagabi reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any bets or bonuses associated with them. Players are encouraged to contact support if they believe a duplicate account has been created in error.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

The nagabi platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. nagabi makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are wholly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify nagabi immediately at [email protected]. nagabi will not be liable for any financial loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, provided that we have acted in good faith in processing transactions made using your credentials prior to receiving your notification.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including nagabi support staff.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication features where offered.
• Notify nagabi immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nagabi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: subject to account tier and verification status
• VIP Elite members may request higher withdrawal limits via dedicated support

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nagabi wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business hours for bank transfer methods, subject to identity verification being complete and no security holds being active on the account.

4.4 Verification Requirements

nagabi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may require additional documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New nagabi members may be eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific promotion terms in force at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible player, per household, and per device. nagabi reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on the nagabi platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers — are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

• Bets placed on restricted markets or games may not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period.
• Voided, cashed-out, or partially cashed-out bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• nagabi reserves the right to cancel any bonus awarded in error or as a result of abuse.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the nagabi bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to guarantee bonus extraction, or any other form of advantage play specifically targeting promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules and Wagering

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the nagabi platform are subject to acceptance by nagabi. nagabi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known; or market conditions change materially between the time the bet was placed and the time it is processed.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's wallet in circumstances including: postponement or abandonment of the event without rescheduling within the applicable timeframe; a match being awarded rather than played to completion; clearly erroneous odds due to a system or data error; or any other circumstance at nagabi's reasonable discretion.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

nagabi applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and accumulators across all sports and casino products. Specific limits are displayed within the platform and may vary by sport, market, and account tier. Where winnings would otherwise exceed the applicable maximum payout, they will be capped at the stated limit and the excess will not be paid.

6.4 Disputes

Any dispute relating to a bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. 7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the nagabi platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the integrity of nagabi's systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any such winnings must be reported and will be void.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening conduct toward nagabi staff or other players.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nagabi platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, the nagabi brand name and wordmark, promotional materials, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of nagabi or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of nagabi content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nagabi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or system downtime caused by factors outside nagabi's reasonable control.

nagabi's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

nagabi collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your nagabi account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any pending bets will be settled according to the standard rules before the account is closed. Withdrawable balances will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following verification.

nagabi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the platform. In such cases, we will endeavour to return any undisputed withdrawable balance, but may withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to nagabi's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. 14. Amendments to These Terms

nagabi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the nagabi platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
